Terms and Conditions jp9w — A Clear Guide for All Platform Members

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the jp9w platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel provided — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and jp9w as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the jp9w platform.

• Each individual is only permitted to register one active account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
• Jp9w accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or shared with any other party.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• The KYC verification process must be completed within the specified timeframe to access all platform features, including fund withdrawals.
• Jp9w reserves the right to request additional documents such as bank statements or utility bills for further verification purposes if required.

Jp9w accepts deposits via a range of supported payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX (Internet Banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All payment methods are processed through a secure, protected system.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 for most payment methods.

• Use a password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security — this is strongly recommended.
• Do not store login credentials on public devices or share them with anyone, including family members.
• Notify jp9w immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Jp9w will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any unofficial channel.

Jp9w is not responsible for any losses arising from your own negligence in maintaining account security, unless caused by a security failure on jp9w's part.

All content on the jp9w platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, graphics, text, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of jp9w or its licensors.

• You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any jp9w content for commercial purposes without written authorisation.
• Using the jp9w brand name or related logos for personal marketing or promotional purposes is prohibited without official approval.
• Any infringement of jp9w's intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

The jp9w platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. jp9w makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but cannot guarantee that the platform will always operate free from disruptions or technical errors.

• Jp9w is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from game outcomes generated by a licensed and audited random number generator (RNG).
• Jp9w is not responsible for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet network failures, third-party server outages, or natural disasters.
• Jp9w's liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total active deposit balance in your account at the time of the incident.
